Itinerary:
6.00am Leave Nairobi for Hells Gate National Park expected there at 8.00am
8.00am Get a briefing at Entrance Wall
8.30am Introduction to Climbing and climbing equipments
9.30am -3.30pm Climbing with a break for lunch in between
4.30pm Leave Hells Gate for Nairobi expected at 8.00pm
What to wear and items to carry;
- Comfortable running shoes/ gym preferred.
- Hiking/gym/ shorts /pants (avoid jeans)
- Polyester T-shirt. Carry an extra one to change after the climb.
- Sunglasses
- Hat/cap
- Camera
- Drinking water (3litres)
- Sunscreen (Arimis oK)
- Heavy snack or picnic Lunch
- Energy Bars
- Poncho or a light Rain Jacket
